Whenever any words or phrases are used in this
article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Title 39 in
the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall apply to such words and phrases
used herein.
Trucks over four tons' gross weight are hereby
excluded from the following described streets or parts of streets,
except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets:
