All licenses or permits shall be prominently
displayed upon the premises for which they were issued, and upon each
and every vehicle or device used in the business for which a license
is required there shall be displayed at all times in plain sight upon
each side of said vehicle or device a current license sign to be furnished
by this Board.
All licenses required by this code shall expire
on March 1 of the year following the issuance of the same.

Maximum penalty. Any person violating any of
the provisions of any chapter adopted by the Board of Health of the
Borough of Middlesex shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty
of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. Each
day a violation shall continue may be considered a separate offense.
Complaint shall be made in the Municipal Court of the Borough of Middlesex
or before another judicial officer having authority under the laws
of the State of New Jersey. The court shall have the power to impose
the other and additional penalties provided by N.J.S.A. 26:3-77 and
N.J.S.A. 26:3-78.
