No person shall bring or have in his possession any glass bottle, glass jar or other glass container in any public park, public playground, public ball or athletic field or public area known as a "pocket park."
No person shall throw or discard any glass container upon any street, sidewalk, alley, parking area, park, playground, ball or athletic field, public school ground or any other public place or upon open private property.
No person shall break or shatter or cause to break or shatter any glass container, jar or bottle upon any street, sidewalk, alley, parking area, park playground, ball or athletic field, public school ground or any other public or open private property.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or imprisonment for a term of not more than 90 days, and/or be required to assist in litter cleanup in Mount Holly, in the discretion of the court. Any person violating § 187-8 of this article, upon conviction shall, be fined a minimum of $25 or be required to perform a minimum of eight hours of litter cleanup in the Township.
