A.
Reserved areas. Parking in any section or parts of Township parks or recreational areas described in § 187-11 shall be limited to automobiles owned, operated or in possession of resident-owners or tenants displaying an authorized parking card or decal.
B.
Issuance of decal. The office of the Chief of Police
shall issue one card or decal to each resident owner or tenant. Such
permits shall be renewed annually from the date of initial issuance.
In accordance with the provisions of § 187-10, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described park and recreational areas, or parts thereof, unless displaying a properly issued resident parking decal:
