Dorchester County, MD Chapter 120 Procurement System, Health Department

§ 120-1 Authorization.

The Dorchester County Health Department is hereby authorized to utilize the Dorchester County Procurement System when the Health Officer deems it appropriate. Utilization of the system shall be in conformity with the Dorchester County Purchasing policies, as adopted and amended from time to time.
