No used automobile, truck or vehicle tires may be deposited in any sanitary
landfill operated within Dorchester County, unless said tires have been dismounted
by a resident of Dorchester County from a vehicle, which at the time of dismounting
of said tires is physically located within Dorchester County.
Any person who violates this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.) for
each tire deposited in a sanitary landfill operated within Dorchester County.
