Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal of former Ch. 155, Zoning, adopted 1-20-1976 by Ord. No. 18, as amended. Ordinance No. 259 also provided that it shall take effect 1-1-1999 and that "all building permits issued before 1-1-1999 and all special exceptions granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals before 1-1-1999 shall be subject to the law and regulations existing prior to the adoption of this ordinance and not subject to this new Chapter 155."
