In an installation where the county is responsible
for supplying pipe, any length in addition to minimums stated above
will be at the expense of those requesting the additional length.
When installed. all entrance pipes become the maintenance and replacement responsibility of the county and therefore shall become the property of the county, except in §
137-2B of this Article.
No installation of entrance pipe shall be done by the property owner, except as stated in §
137-2B of this Article.
All pipes supplied by the county will be paid
for before installation is made.
This Article shall apply to all driveways and
alleys adjacent to a county road where an entrance pipe is required.
Any person violating this Article shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not
exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.) for any such violation and shall
be required to correct the violation in accordance with regulations
stated above in this Article.
