Pursuant to the authorization contained in § 7-513,
Tax-Property Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Dorchester County
may reduce, by law, the percent of the assessment of personal property
other than operating personal property of a public utility.

Except for 1) the operating personal property of a public utility
and 2) personal property used to generate electricity for sale, the
assessment of personal property is subject to County property tax
