Recordation. Section 203 of the 1930 Code of
Public Local Laws, concerning transfers on assessment records prior
to the recordation of a conveyance, was repealed by ch. 385 of 1945,
which enacted what became Section 10 of Article 21 in the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition). Section 203 had previously been amended
by ch. 446 of 1935 and ch. 649 of 1939. Chapter 280 of 1953 added
Section 141A to the 1930 Code of Public Local Laws, requiring transfers
of property on assessment records prior to recordation by the Clerk
of Court. This section was repealed by ch. 18 of 1961.
