No radio, loudspeaker, broadcasting equipment, public address apparatus or similar device shall be installed, maintained, operated or used in the Village of Hewlett Harbor, except within a dwelling, clubhouse or accessory building (including the enclosed porches thereof) lawfully erected and maintained in accordance with the Building Zone Ordinance of the Village, in a motor vehicle duly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York or the laws of the state or country in which such motor vehicle is registered, or within the cabin of a vessel lawfully moored, anchored or using the navigable waters of the Village.
Any person who installs, maintains, operates or uses any device, apparatus or equipment prohibited by this article, including the owner, tenant, occupant or person in charge of the property, motor vehicle or vessel on which such violations occur, shall be guilty of a violation of this article.
