The Board of Health of the Borough of Waynesboro,
Franklin County, Pennsylvania is hereby created pursuant to Article
XXXI of the Borough Code.
Such Board shall be vested with the authorities
and duties as are ascribed to it under the provisions of Section XXXI
of the Borough Code, Act of the General Assembly No. 581, approved
February 1, 1966, Section 3101 et seq., as the same may be amended
from time to time.
The Board shall consist of five members, at
least one of whom shall be a physician of not less than two years'
experience in the practice of his profession. The members of the Board
shall be appointed by the Borough Council of the Borough of Waynesboro,
Pennsylvania. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation
but if any member of the Board shall be elected to the office of secretary
of the Board of Health, he shall be entitled to receive a salary fixed
by the Board for that office.
Such members of the Board shall be appointed
for a term of five years, excepting the original appointees, which
at the first appointment one member shall be appointed to serve for
one year, one member shall be appointed for two years, one member
for three years, one for four years, and one for five years; thereafter
one member shall in like manner be appointed each year to serve for
five years.

A. A license fee of $1 and inspection fee of $9 is hereby
established for the following types of establishments:
(1) Churches which serve to the public.
(3) Commercial mobile food sales.
(4) Liquor and malt beverage dispensing establishments.
(6) Restaurants with liquor or malt beverage license.
B. In the event a reinspection is necessary, an additional
inspection fee of $5 is required. License and inspection fees are
due at the time the license is issued.
