It is stated to be the policy of the Borough
of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania to pay the elected Councilmen of the Borough
of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania reasonable compensation for services rendered
in office to said Borough.

The Borough Manager shall cause the same to
be paid from the Borough Treasury.

The monthly compensation due shall be payable
on the last day of each month.
