All golf course fees shall be paid in advance
without demand and except for rates for shorter periods shall extend
for a period of one year from the date of payment.
All persons playing or using the said golf course
aforesaid shall carry a card or identification while playing or using
the said course.
Fees for playing or using the Municipal Golf
course of the Borough of Waynesboro shall be as Borough Council of
the Borough of Waynesboro shall establish from time to time by resolution
properly adopted by said Borough Council.

Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise,
the meaning of the terms used in this article shall be as follows:
PARK
Any recreational area within the Borough of Waynesboro, owned
by the Borough of Waynesboro, or operated by the Borough or any board
or committee thereof.
The following regulations shall be imposed upon
all parks within the Borough:
A. No person shall operate or ride any peddle bicycle,
motor scooter, motorcycle, snowmobile or other motorized vehicle at
any time.
B. No person shall walk or lead a dog or other pet which
is not on a leash and any person so leading or walking a dog or other
pet shall confine said pet to an area within six feet of paved walk
areas within the park.
C. All other rules and regulations as shall from time
to time be approved by Borough Council.

No person shall walk or lead a dog or any other pet at any time
on a leash or not on a leash within the park area known as South Franklin
Street Park.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall,
for a first offense, be warned of its existence and provisions; shall,
for a second offense, be sentenced to pay a fine of $10 and costs
of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof to imprisonment
in the county jail for not more than 10 days; and shall, for third
and subsequent offenses, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs
of prosecution and in default of payment thereof to imprisonment in
the county jail for not more than 10 days, provided each provision
of this article which is violated by any person shall constitute a
separate violation.
