Any person desiring to install an individual or community sewage disposal
system or construct any building in which an individual or community sewage
disposal system is to be installed in the Borough of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania,
shall make application for inspection and a permit as required by the Pennsylvania
Sewage Facilities Act of January 24, 1966, P.L. 1535, to the Sewage Facilities
Inspection Officer of the Borough of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.

A fee of $50 shall be payable to the Borough of Waynesboro upon making
application for a permit. If the investigation reveals that an on-lot system
will meet the requirements of the Act, an additional fee of $75 shall be payable
before the permit is issued.
All permit fees shall be deposited in the General Fund of the Borough
of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
