Borough of Wanaque, NJ Article VIII Assistant Municipal Treasurer

§ 28-45 Creation of office.

There is hereby created the office of Assistant Municipal Treasurer.

§ 28-46 Appointment.

The Assistant Municipal Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 28-47 Term.

The term of the Assistant Municipal Treasurer shall be one year from the date of such appointment and advice and consent of the Borough Council.

§ 28-48 Duties.

The Assistant Municipal Treasurer shall perform such duties as are assigned from time to time by the Mayor and Council.

§ 28-49 Compensation. [1]

The salary of the Assistant Municipal Treasurer shall be as fixed by the annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Wanaque.
