No disabled person, or parent or sibling of
a disabled person, shall be required to pay a municipal fee, or charge,
or construction permit surcharge fee or enforcing agency fee in order
to secure a construction permit for any construction, reconstruction,
alteration or improvement which promotes accessibility by a disabled
person to an existing public or private structure or any of the facilities
contained therein.
For purposes of this article, "disabled person"
shall be such as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27D-126e.
