There is hereby established an Open Space Advisory
Committee in the Township of Manchester.

The purpose of the Open Space Advisory Committee
is to advise and make recommendations to the Mayor and the Planning
Board regarding the preservation and purchase of land for open space.
The aforesaid land is to be purchased with the proceeds from the Natural
Lands Trust assessment.

The Committee shall consist of four members
to be appointed by the Mayor with the exception of the Township Council
member who shall be appointed by the Council. The members shall consist
of one member of the Township Council, one member of the Planning
Board, one member of the Environmental Commission, and an employee
of the Township.

The Township Council member shall be designated
to serve for a term of one year expiring on the last day of the first
year of the date of appointment. The remaining members shall be appointed
for terms to coincide with the term of the Mayor.
The members of the Open Space Advisory Committee
shall serve without compensation.
