It is hereby prohibited to establish a street
name within the Township of Manchester that has the same street name
as any existing street or roadway.

It shall be the responsibility of every builder
or developer to submit a proposed street name list on a readable map
to the Township Clerk with duplicate copies supplied for the Township
Emergency Management Coordinator and the Township Traffic Safety Division
before any street name may be approved.
The Township shall respond with an approval
or denial within 60 days of the receipt of the proposed street name
from the builder or developer.
