Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this Part 1, not already covered by any other remedy as provided
by law, shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine
of not more than $1,000, plus costs, and in default of payment thereof,
to imprisonment for not more than 30 days; provided, each day that
a violation shall be permitted to continue shall constitute a separate
offense.
