Any person or persons, corporation or corporations violating,
aiding or abetting in the violation of any of the provisions of this
chapter or any code or regulation adopted herewith shall be subject
to a penalty not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation.
Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate
offense.
This chapter is not to act as a repealer of any ordinance heretofore
made but is to be considered an addition thereto. In the event this
chapter or any part thereof is inconsistent with any ordinance heretofore
passed, then this chapter is to supplant and repeal to the extent
of such inconsistency such preexisting ordinance. Should any section,
paragraph, sentence or clause be declared unconstitutional or invalid
for any reason, the remainder of said chapter shall not be affected
thereby.
This chapter and the codes herein established shall take effect
30 days after first publication.
