A. 
No person shall permit or cause any open fire in the village; provided, however, that this section shall not be deemed to prevent or prohibit any open fire in equipment or a fixture suitable for barbecuing or other similar cooking of food, nor shall this section be deemed to prohibit any bonfire made and held on the premises of a public school with the approval and attendance of the Fire Department.

B. 
It shall not be lawful for any person to build a fire on any street or parkway in the village.
