Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 138.
No person shall operate any tow car or permit any tow car owned
or controlled by such person to be operated upon any road, street
or highway in the Village of Hewlett Bay Park without having then
in force a tow car license issued by the Town of Hempstead, Nassau
County, New York, for the vehicle being so operated.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalties and punishment as provided in Chapter 1 of this Code.
