Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 138-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall operate a vehicle in the village at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour, and no person shall operate a vehicle in the village along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 136-36) at a speed in excess of that speed indicated in such schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 138-37), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

No person shall operate a vehicle on the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 138-38) except in the direction indicated in such schedule.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 138-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 138-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 138-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
Every person shall obey the instructions of any official traffic control device and traffic control signal applicable to such person, placed in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, unless otherwise directed by a police officer, subject to the exceptions granted to an operator of an authorized emergency vehicle in the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
B. 
Whenever official traffic control devices are placed in position approximately conforming to the requirements of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, such device shall be presumed to have been so placed by the official act or direction of lawful authority, unless the contrary shall be established by competent evidence.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 138-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.

No person shall operate a truck on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 138-45) in excess of the weights indicated in such schedule, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.
