Bellamy Park in the Village of Mount Morris, Livingston County, New York, shall be open to the public only from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except when special permission has been granted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Morris, New York.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
