The Zoning Officer is hereby authorized to approve minor subdivision maps. Such approval shall specifically reference this section.
The applicant shall submit the following information to the Zoning Officer:
A. 
Three copies of the plat drawn to a scale of 20 feet to one inch.
B. 
The name and address of the owner or owners of record, the subdivider and the name and professional status of the designer of the plat.
C. 
The date of original submission, true North point and graphic scale.
D. 
The location of all property lines, easements, buildings and essential features of the area to be subdivided.
E. 
The name of existing streets and highways.
F. 
All proposed lot lines with approximate dimensions shown.
G. 
The application shall be accompanied by such fees as may be established from time to time by the Village of Medina Board of Trustees.
