It shall be mandatory and the responsibility of anyone, resident
or commercial operator, disposing of solid waste at the transfer station
to separate the recyclable items from all other solid waste. All recyclable
items shall be disposed of in the condition as described above and
in the designated recycle areas. The Town will periodically inspect
all solid waste to make sure that all recyclable materials are placed
at the designated recycle areas.
