The annual permit fee for docking at the Municipal Marina is classified according to boat size and shall be fixed from time to time by the resolution of the governing body.

The annual fee for participation in a Borough youth sport shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the governing body.

A. 
The charges and fees for use of the Borough tennis and pickleball courts shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the governing body, subject to the following:
(1) 
Proof of residency. Resident reservations have priority, with accepted proof being a copy of resident's property tax bill, driver's license, or photo ID with name/address.
(2) 
With respect to organized activities, such as teams, groups, and leagues:
(a) 
Team rosters. Any teams must supply typed rosters with name, address, and phone number for verification of Red Bank residency. A minimum of 80% resident participation is required for the application of the resident rate. Rosters are due no later than three weeks into the season or the organization will be charged the nonresident rate.
(b) 
Season requests. A team or organization must include at least 40% Red Bank resident participation to schedule and/or reserve facilities for a full season. Red Bank organizations and Red Bank businesses are exempt from this requirement.
(c) 
In addition to other fees established by resolution, every permit application shall be charged a facility maintenance fee in the amount of $75.
B. 
The hours of operation of the Borough's tennis and pickleball courts shall be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to dusk, no later than 9:00 p.m., Saturday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to dusk, no later than 9:00 p.m., unless there is a special event authorized by the Special Events Committee or a permit for the court(s) issued by the Department of Parks and Recreation, in which case, the curfew shall be set forth in the permit. It shall be unlawful for any person to be in the tennis and pickleball courts outside of the above-listed hours of operation.

The charges and fees for participation in the Borough Summer Camp as well as Summer Camp "After Care" and Late Pick-Up programs shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the governing body. An unreasonably frequent number of late pickups from "After Care" may result in the child being ineligible for "After-Care" or "Camp."
