Before anyone can obtain a permit to construct, maintain and
operate a slaughterhouse in Red Bank, he must first obtain a license
from the New Jersey State Department of Health.

of Health must conform to the most recent amendments to the "Regulations
Concerning Construction, Operation, Maintenance and Licensing of Slaughterhouses
and Inspection and Labeling of Animals Slaughtered for Food," Circular
