surcharge problems which have caused an increase in the gallonage
added to the sewer system by sump pumps which are improperly connected
to the Borough sewer system. It is in the best interest of the Borough
of Wanaque to establish a program to cause the removal of the improperly
connected sump pumps.
No person, firm, organization, association, partnership or corporation
