The Township shall continue to be divided into two districts
for the election of Township Commissioners not elected at large, said
election districts being Ward No. 1 and Ward No. 2.

The boundary lines of the said election districts shall be as
shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] to-wit, those areas of the Township located to the south
of the dividing line, shown on Exhibit A (including specifically but
without limitation all of Crescent Boulevard Extension, Rodney Street,
School Street and Prospect Street) shall constitute Ward No. 1, and
those areas of the Township located to the north of the dividing line
shown on Exhibit "A" (including specifically but without limitation
all of Henggi Drive, Bigelow Drive, and Bocktown Road) shall constitute
Ward No. 2.
