A.
Each Township Commissioner who begins a term on or after January
1, 1996 may be paid a salary of not more than $1,875 per year, payable
quarterly, as full compensation for services as Commissioner and performance
of the duties imposed by law.
B.
Commissioners serving the remainders of terms which commenced prior
to January 1, 1996 remain subject to the previous maximum annual salary
limit of $1,500 set forth in Ordinance No. 373, passed January 7,
1986.
C.
The actual salary paid to each Commissioner, up to the limits set
forth in parts A and B above, shall be established by resolution of
the Board of Commissioners.

A.
The second
Thursday of each and every month shall be the official date that the
Crescent Township Board of Commissioners shall hold its regular monthly
meeting. The meetings shall commence at 7:30 p.m. and shall be held
at the Crescent Township Municipal Building.
B.
Upon the
occurrence of necessitating and compelling circumstances, the Board
of Commissioners regular monthly meeting may be rescheduled to a different
date upon the passage and approval of a resolution.
