The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicle as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other
New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.

No person shall park a vehicle at any time on any of the streets
or parts thereof described in Schedule I attached to and made a part
of this Part 1.

A. Notwithstanding the provisions of any ordinance to the contrary,
no trailer or semitrailer designed for the hauling or transportation
of goods or merchandise, or truck tractor designed for the hauling
of such trailer or semitrailer, shall be located, maintained or stored
on any premises, or any street in the Borough of Seaside Park, whether
resting on wheels, blocks, or other support, except for the active
delivery of goods, equipments and/or material to such premises.
B. This section shall not apply to the following:
(1) Pickup trucks, or trailers which are specific to trucks and vans.
(2) Any vehicle having a gross weight of 10,000 pounds or less. "Gross
vehicle weight" for purposes of this section shall mean the weight
of the vehicle or combination of the vehicles.
(3) Any vehicle used at or stored upon an active construction site.
C. The sale of merchandise from any vehicle with or without an attached
trailer is prohibited in the following locations:

(1) Along the entirety of Ocean Avenue.
(2) Within 25 feet of Ocean Avenue on a street within which it intersects.
(3) Within 50 feet of a stop sign on a street which intersects within
Ocean Avenue.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in
Schedule II of any day (except Sundays and public holidays) upon any
of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II attached
to and made a part of this Part 1.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified
in Schedule III of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets
described in said Schedule III attached to and made a part of this
Part 1.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit
shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours listed in said
Schedule IV of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets
described in Schedule IV attached to and made a part of this Part
1.
No person shall park any vehicle on any location set forth on
Schedule V attached hereto and made a part of this Part 1 in any manner
other than at a thirty-degree angle to the curb.
