Editor's Note: Former Sections 405.340, Land; 405.350, Buildings; 405.360, Discontinuance of Use; 405.370, Alterations of Non-Conforming Buildings — Restricted; 405.380, Reconstruction of Damaged Non-Conforming Buildings; 405.390, Buildings and Uses Allowed By Special Permit; 405.400, Adequate Parking Required; 405.410, Special Permit — Application, Hearing and Report; 405.420, Special Permit — Determination; 405.430, Application of Standards Relating To Conditional Uses, were repealed 4-26-2021 by Ord. No. 6220. The Article title was not changed by the City, therefore retained in the Code to allow for future use as Non-Conforming Uses.
