GENERAL REFERENCES
Sewer Department — See Ch. 235.
Pursuant to Chapter 303, Acts of 1945, a Sewer Department is
created.
No person shall construct any building to be used as a dwelling
nor alter nor add to any building to create additional tenements or
apartments nor move any building or trailer into the Town which is
to be used as a dwelling without first obtaining from the Board of
Selectmen a permit, the reverse side of which shall state the Board
of Health regulations pertaining to sewage disposal. The permit will
not be granted or may be rescinded if it appears at any time that
provisions have not been made to comply with the Board of Health regulations.
