Village of Soldiers Grove, WI Chapter 10 Citations

§ 10-1 Adoption of statute by reference.

The provisions of Wis. Stats. § 66.0113 as amended, revised, or modified from time to time are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference.

§ 10-2 Issuance of citations.

Any Village law enforcement officer may issue a citation for the violation of any Village ordinance. In addition, the following Village officials and their designated agents may issue citations for violations of any Village ordinance directly related to their official capacities:

A. Fire Chief;

B. Fire Inspector;

C. Zoning Administrator;

D. Building Inspector;

E. Plumbing Inspector;

F. Electrical Inspector;

G. Weed Commissioner;

H. Village President;

I. Village Administrator;

J. Dog Catcher.
