GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 400.
The following words when used in this chapter shall, for the purpose of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except in those instances where the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
PERSON
Includes any person or persons, firm or corporation.
SEMITRAILER
Every vehicle of the trailer type, as designed and used in conjunction with a motor vehicle, that some part of its own weight and that of its own load rests upon or is carried by another vehicle.
TRAILER
Every vehicle without motive power designed to carry property or passengers wholly on its own structure and to be drawn by a motor vehicle.
VEHICLE
Every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, no person shall, within the Borough of Mount Wolf, York County, Pennsylvania, occupy, reside in or use as living quarters any vehicle, including trailers or semitrailers, tents and recreation vehicles, on both private and public land, including streets, with the exception of special events approved by Council.

From and after the effective date of this chapter, no person, whether as owner or agent, shall lease to or permit the use of by any person any vehicle, including trailers or semitrailers, tents and recreation vehicles, as living quarters within the Borough of Mount Wolf, York County, Pennsylvania.

Any person now living in any such vehicle, including trailers or semitrailers, tents and recreation vehicles, shall remove therefrom within 30 days after the effective date of this chapter.

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any person shall constitute a summary offense punishable as set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty, § 1-1 of this Code. Each day that any person occupies, resides in, uses, leases or permits the use of any such vehicle, including trailers or semitrailers, tents and recreation vehicles, shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
