The name of that certain plot of ground situated in the Sixth
Ward in the Borough of Vandergrift bounded and described as follows:
on the east by Jackson Avenue; on the north by Twenty-Fourth Alley;
on the west by Block 8 in the Vandergrift Park Plan of Lots; and on
the south by Walnut Street, and commonly referred to as the "Jackson
Avenue Park," is hereby renamed "John F. Kennedy Memorial Park" and
shall hereafter be known as "John F. Kennedy Memorial Park."

It shall be unlawful for any owner, custodian, keeper, person,
firm or corporation of any dog to allow or permit such dog at any
time to enter upon any of the public parks, public playgrounds or
public play fields in Vandergrift Borough. The presence of a dog on
public parks, public playgrounds and public play fields shall be prima
facie evidence that the owner, custodian, keeper, person, firm or
corporation knew of and knowingly permitted such dog to enter upon
the public park, public playground or public play field.

Any owner, custodian, keeper, person, firm or corporation who or which violates§
333-2 of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 or more than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
