A.
No family shall own, keep or harbor more than three cats and/or dogs
(or any combination thereof, not to exceed three) per household; and
B.
No family shall be entitled to apply for more than three licenses
in order to license cats and/or dogs under this article; and
C.
A family shall include all residents using a particular premises,
related or not related. Under no circumstance shall there be more
than three cat/dog licenses at one household.
Every owner of a cat shall have the cat licensed as per the requirements set forth in Chapter 174 of the Code of the Town of West New York.
