Organizations authorized under § 186 of the State
General Municipal Law may conduct games of chance as defined in § 186,
Subdivision 3, of that law.
Applications are made to the Village Clerk.
Games of chance must be conducted in accordance with Article
9-a of the State General Municipal Law and the rules and regulations
of the State Racing and Wagering Board, and may be conducted on Sundays.
The Police Chief shall supervise and control all games of chance
and have all powers and duties under Article 9-a of the State General
Municipal Law.
