From and after the date of passage hereof, the City of Lincoln
shall participate in the one call provisions of Act 600 of 1987, and
all subsequent revisions and amendments. The City Council hereby declares
its intent to be subject to the provisions of that said Act and participate
in the calling procedures set out therein when excavation or demolition
of underground facilities shall have been initiated.
