This ordinance shall be known as the Public Event Sanitation
Ordinance.

Every sponsor of public events lasting 90 minutes or more, on
lands owned by the City of Lincoln, shall provide restroom facilities
for the use of their attendees. Events held on the downtown square
may provide some restroom facilities through the rental of the Community
Building.
