City of Lincoln, AR Chapter 2.45 Police Department Fees

§ 2.45.01 Title.

This ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance Authorizing the Lincoln Police Department to Charge a Fee of $25 for the Service of Verifying a Vehicle Identification Number."

§ 2.45.02 Collection of fee authorized.

From and after the effective date of this ordinance, the Lincoln Police Department is authorized to charge a fee of $25 for the service of verifying a vehicle identification number ("VIN") for a private citizen.

§ 2.45.03 Form authorized.

The Chief of Police is authorized to promulgate and publish a form upon which a citizen may request verification of a VIN, and is further authorized to require a citizen to make the request on such a form.
