If, at any stage of the work, the Zoning Officer shall determine
by inspection that further work as authorized by an existing grading
permit is likely to endanger persons, property and/or roads or create
any hazard condition, the Borough may require as a condition for the
continuance of the work that reasonable safety precautions be taken
to avoid such likelihood of danger. Safety precautions may include
but shall not be limited to specifying a flatter exposed slope, construction
of additional drainage facilities, berms, terracing, compaction or
cribbing.
