A. 
Acceptable tender. The Borough shall accept the following tender as payment for any debt, charge, fee, fine or other obligations due and owing to the Borough:
(1) 
Cash.
(2) 
Personal, business, or cashier check.
(3) 
Money order.
(4) 
Wire order.
B. 
Utility payments — credit cards accepted. In addition to the acceptable tender listed in Subsection A, above, the Borough shall accept credit cards for the payment of Borough utility bills. The Borough may adopt rules and regulations regarding the acceptance of credit cards (including which cards it will accept) from time to time.
C. 
No coins permitted for obligations over $5. The Borough shall not accept coins as payment for any debt, charge, fee, fine or other obligation due and owing to the Borough in excess of $5. For all obligations over $5, coins will only be accepted for an amount in excess of the nearest whole dollar.
