This article supplements prior articles of this chapter. To the extent that this article imposes greater requirements or more complete disclosure in any respect, or to the extent that the provisions of this article are more restrictive, it shall be deemed and interpreted to control such other provisions of Chapter 250, Subdivision and Land Development. Any other ordinance provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent that those provisions are more restrictive. If there is any conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter with reference to this article, the more restrictive shall apply.
