As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOG
Any dog or dog hybrid declared potentially dangerous by a
municipal court pursuant to Section 7 of P.L. 1989, c. 307 (N.J.S.A.
4:19-23).
VICIOUS DOG
Any dog or dog hybrid declared vicious by a municipal court
pursuant to Section 6 of P.L. 1989, c. 307 (N.J.S.A. 4:19-22).

A. All applications and amended applications filed herein shall be on
file with the office of the Health Officer and shall be accompanied
by a fee of $10 for an initial application and a fee of $5 for subsequent
applications or amendments.
B. The Health Officer shall forthwith transmit copies of each such application,
subsequent application and amendment to the Police and Fire Departments
and such other departments as shall request such information.
Any person, partnership, association or corporation which shall
violate any of the provisions of this article may be fined in an amount
not to exceed $1,000 and/or six months in jail for each such violation.
In addition, if any person, partnership, association or corporation
is guilty of a second or subsequent offense under this article, the
animal in question shall be confiscated by the Borough of Roselle.
