Effective February 3, 1994, the Board of Commissioners of Stowe
Township hereby creates the position of Township Manager. The Board
of Commissioners may hire and appoint, at its discretion, someone
to fill said position. Said person is to serve as Township Manager
for as long as the Board of Commissioners so desires. The duties and
powers of said Manager will be set by the Board of Commissioners and
established as a job description to be changed, added to or deleted
from at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners. Said job description,
as established by the Board, is incorporated herein and may be changed
by resolution of the Board. The initial compensation of the position
of Township Manager is set at $12,000 per year. The compensation may
be changed at the discretion of and by resolution of the Board.
