No person shall trespass upon any land owned by the Village of Adams, upon which is situated any springs, ponds, reservoirs or waterways connected with, or being a part of its system of water supply or sewage treatment or in any way interfere with, deface or damage any building, structure or pipeline, dam, storage tank or other fixture on property of the Village situate thereon. The entry upon any such land by any person for the purpose of hunting, trapping or fishing upon waters located thereon or for any other purpose whatever shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
