No wood, including but not limited to firewood, tree trunks or branches, may be stacked or stored in any manner in any front yard as defined in § 170-1.
The violation of any provision of this article shall be punishable
by a fine not less than $250 per day or by imprisonment for not more
than 15 days, or both.
No person shall remove, injure, deface, mutilate or destroy,
or cause to be removed, injured, defaced, mutilated or destroyed,
any trees, flowers, shrubs, grass plots, Village signs or other property
along the public highways of Belle Terre and property belonging to
the Village, except by written permission of the Board of Trustees.
